I've never seen a Hawaiian sampler, so I don't know what you would do when the blocks meet. Judging by your other work, I'm sure it will be awsome no matter what you choose.
Happy Holidays!
PS: I see in your bio you are an AZ quilter, too. I hope you don't mind me recomending Phoenix Quilting Examiner http://bit.ly/4q4PC1 for local quilting news.Momhttp://roadhomequilting.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4096380309746610195.post-60967641744407851042009-12-11T14:36:22.452-08:002009-12-11T14:36:22.452-08:00What a stunning quilt. A lot of quilting but it will be so worth it. The other way if you liked the look would be to ignore the applique and do the grid all through them like on the antique quilts.Janethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09045225648259636672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4096380309746610195.post-49211100735656720012009-12-10T09:40:51.233-08:002009-12-10T09:40:51.233-08:00Gorgeous! But, some of the blocks look like the applique had more room, so maybe a few will have stitching over them?Andihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16934512262976023865noreply@blogger.com
